Good to Know
- Keep in mind that the glacier changes constantly and therefore so do the ice caves. The activity provider promises to take you to the best cave of the season but due to the changes in the glacier, the ice caves might not look exactly as the pictures taken months/years before.
- The tour is approximately 3 hours (the tour duration can go from 2,5 hours- 3,5 hours depending of the conditions of each day and group)
- It is recommended to wear warm, preferably waterproof clothing and sturdy walking boots or hiking boots. We need to walk from the parking to the glacier and cave entrance (1,5 km each way).
- Important: We offer rain pants, rain jackets, and hiking boots for rental at the meeting point. If you are not appropriately dressed, you may be required to rent gear from us or, in extreme cases, be denied participation for safety reasons. Our cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
- The tour will be in English
